Dave grew up in Berkeley where he bussed tables and bought his first car at the tender age of 11, which his mother promptly made him return as he was too young to drive it. Once old enough, he became a police officer where he spent 21 years protecting and serving the community in a major metropolitan city. Dave retired as a decorated sergeant and detective to spend his time on his sales and business development engaging in both the enterprise and individual sales arena.

He was the founder and CEO of one of the first successful online multi-lender mortgage companies which was sold to a publicly traded finance company in 2000. Also, a top producer in the mortgage and real estate business, he has been an owner, consultant, and independent sales professional covering every aspect of the business development and sales chain.

Dave understands every aspect of the real estate transaction and business. Because of his background, he has multi-layered relationships throughout the real estate world, affording him and his clients the ability to maximize their successful transactions and, ultimately their satisfaction. Dave remains a laid-back yet aggressive go-getter who believes that all parties in a real estate transaction should be winners.

Michiko Dawkins, affectionately known as "Mich" by her friends and family, is a respected and accomplished business owner, manager, and negotiator. Her career spans a broad array of industries, including financial services and investment for high net worth individuals, and enterprise level sales and distribution. Throughout her professional journey, Mich has demonstrated expertise and proficiency in navigating highly regulated and complex transactions. Her unwavering commitment to integrity, trust, and providing value-added service forms the foundation of every relationship she builds.

Personal Roots and Community Involvement

Deeply connected to the Bay Area, Mich grew up on the peninsula and as a youth, recognized as a world-class athlete and competitor. Her family has a rich legacy in the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco, and she takes pride in being a fifth-generation San Franciscan. Mich raised her son in the communities of San Ramon and Danville, and she continues to call Danville home.
